Bike Realty will provide your information to several affiliated businesses, such as Platypus Homes, LLC, IBuyHomes.com, IBuyLand.com, etc. These affiliated businesses will provide Bike Realty with one or more offers to purchase your property.

You have the option to accept or reject the offers. You may choose to accept an offer from a Bike Realty affiliate or you may choose to accept some other offer. It is completely up to you.

Do I have to accept your offer?

30 Days is too fast. What if I need 60 or 90 days or what if I need time to move?
