$349 Flat Fee Listings
Bike Realty offers $349 Flat Fee Listings. This is a Limited Service Listing, in which we advertise your property in the Multiple Listing Service.
 This service is designed for people who are experienced in real estate transactions in order to affordably advertise their property on MLS. For $349 Bike Realty will enter the MLS listing. You are responsible for fielding all phone calls, faxes and offers, showing the property, writing the contract, closing, and all other aspects of selling your property. We only place the ad.
Investors and Realtors are welcomed.
Your listing is good for up to 12 months. You may make price changes and other related changes once per week, but only 12 times over the lifetime of the listing. You may cancel the Flat Fee Listing at any time, with absolutely no further charges.
Requirements
- All legal owners of the property must sign the listing agreement. If the Seller is not the Owner of Record, he must provide copies of documents showing evidence of ownership, such as a deed, trust documents, court order, etc.
- The Seller must download the listing documents, fill in the appropriate information, and send the signed documents to one of the Bike Realty locations. You may fax or E-mail the listing documents, but they must be signed.
- Pictures: You may choose Broker Loaded pictures or Association Loaded picture. If you choose Broker Loaded, e-mail up to 10 photographs to the Broker at the Bike Realty location of your choice. Your listing will not be entered into MLS until your photographs are received. If you choose Association Loaded, MLS will take and enter one picture of the property.
- Be aware that Bike Realty must adhere to MLS Rules & Regulations for all listings. For example, we must include room sizes for all rooms, we cannot include lock box combinations, etc.
- All Flat Fee Listings must be paid in advance. Credit cards are accepted.
- You must notify your Broker immediately when the property goes pending.
- You must fax, mail, or e-mail a copy of the signed HUD1 Settlement Statement to your Broker immediately after closing.
- You must offer a Co-Broker commission to the buyer's Realtor. We suggest 3% of the sales price, but you may offer any amount over 2% (as a percentage or a flat fee).
- This service is intended for individuals who are savvy in real estate transactions. Bike Realty reserves the right to refuse Flat Fee Listing services to any customer that, in our sole opinion, appears to be incapable of representing themselves in a real estate transaction. Bike Realty my cancel a Flat Fee Listing Agreement at any time. Full or partial refunds will be provided as appropriate.
- Signs: Bike Realty will supply each Flat Fee listing customer with a free For Sale yard sign. Please come by any Bike Realty location to pick up your sign. You must make a $50 deposit for the sign, but once you return it in good condition, your deposit will be refunded in full.

This area includes Tampa, Orlando, Orange County, West Volusia County, Lake County, Seminole County, Osceola County, and more.
